I hate our president for electing a woman hater to take O'Connor's place. I've decided that if Hilary runs I'm going to vote for her even if she is a psycho militant feminist because it's going to take a psycho to break up all the cave man crap Bush is putting in place.

I bought HBP last Monday and haven't touched it. Instead I'm reading Native Tongue by some guy who lives in Miami about a non-existant speciecs of animal called voles. Yay.

Tropical Storm Franklin is still making up his mind wether to come to Florida or to play out in the Atlantic. Tropical Wave (will be Gert if she becomes a storm) is playing in the Bahamas.

I had a four day weekend and it was WEIRD. Sometimes just three days are weird and I wonder if I still have a job to go to. Four days was an absolute vacation, but I still didn't really accomplish anything. And I get to work three days and do it all over again next week. I could really get used to this.

It's just too bad I have to put it towards things I don't really want to work on. I got 20 pages of Kamel's site done and a couple pages split into php. I'm surprised how quickly I picked php back up. I'm sure I'm not the most efficient programmer in the world, but it works.

I finished Mordechai's air system. I had to buy a huge pump that is less than quiet because of it's size, but it gets the job done. I cleaned a ton of rocks and added them to the tank. I have half a bag of rocks left to clean, and I have to find a couple things to use as ramp stands and get a lid and some lights before I can think about ordering the plants I want.

Other than that I started a long letter to Jen, watched Constantine and the first Princess Diaries movie followed by the second(which I like better), made more leek soup, and slept off and on in an erratic pattern.

I'm now back at work and this will be the first weekend I've had alone that will be normal without any special code moves, backups, or ad hoc job starting. And our third instance is finally gone. Whoo hoo!
